Shipping calculated at checkout. All items will be shipped with La Post (France). We always provide you with a tracking code via email.

Items will be shipped from France within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

In most cases shipments are processed within a week, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

Signature confirmation upon delivery is required.

fruitiga is not responsible for any problems or delays in shipping. It will be up to the buyer to make a protest to the postal services. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your shipment leaves our facilities, its delivery is out of our hands. We do not refund for packages lost in transit or any un-retrieved packages or cases where the item has been delivered but not found by the recipient.

Once the order has been received, the buyer must report any anomaly (missing and/or broken product) by the same day the package is received, or at the latest one working day after.

The articles that are displayed throughout the website can be sent worldwide. Orders are shipped to the address mentioned by the buyer, which is on the electronic invoice issued upon confirmation of the order.

Returns & Exchanges 

Kindly note that returns/ exchanges are not accepted. 

Taxes & Duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs. The customer is responsible to pay any owed import duties and taxes.
